IF YOU’RE A MID-CENTURY LOVER: The Ultimate Guide to Create a Mid-Century Modern Dining Room
If mid-century modern design could be fully represented in an apartment, then Grace would have been the chosen one. Designed by Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet, Grace is an elegant and unique apartment situated on the desirable Larvotto seafront of the principality of Monaco. With a 100 square meter balcony, the dining room we’re about to show you features one of the most stunning views in the world.
This dining room is a dazzling explosion of mid-century modern style. Immediately, the first thing that caught everyone’s attention is the quirky Fedele Papagni’s Sputnik chandelier. The dazzling dining room chandelier provides a unique and refined atmosphere to the room that exudes a quiet charisma that welcomes the guests.
Meanwhile, in order to divide the designated library area and the dining room, the designers added an acajou wood bookshelf from Italy. The upholstered yellow silk mid-century chair gives a cozy vibe to this reading nook.
Another main feature of this space is the cartoony artworks that work beautifully with the rest of the mid-century furniture around the room, offsetting the elegance of Dimore Gallery’s table and chair suit. The two minimalist floor lamps provide the ultimate touch.
All in all, this mid-century dining room shows why Grace is the perfect name for this apartment. All the elements of this dining room tie gracefully the dining room’s aesthetics together reflecting the apartment’s residents design inspirations in every single detail.
