Located inside the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel, the restaurant is determined to offer something to suit every patron’s desire, boasting four space inside its doors: a Champagne Lounge, Cocktail Bar and Lab, a Garden and Dining Room.
The essence of the decoration of this mid-century restaurant is the abundant and indigenous greenery of the fertile Pacific Coast that combined with the patterns of the rich upholstery, provide the ultimate touch to this space.
With glass walls and with a soothing color scheme featuring pink champagne-colored seating that comfortably surrounds white-topped tables, the Champagne Lounge has a welcoming and personalized atmosphere that won’t go unnoticed. The Cocktail Bar and Lab has a deeper color palette that creates an intimate experience that was created by Grant Sceney and David Wolowidnyk.
The Botanic Gardens restaurant is filled with over 50 types of indigenous plants, such as rare fruit bushes, green tea, camellia, cardamom, and ginger. The deep blue-toned upholstery of the seats combined with botanical images, only adds a more sophisticated touch to this theme.
The dining room design in a deep rust color features pale gray leather sheathing on a number of chairs and the same light-colored wood floors which run through the whole of the restaurant. Covered in a pale pink champagne-colored leather, there is a banquette both that separates and connects guests as they sit around its curving design.
