Janis Joplin was an american soul, rock and blues singer and also a songwritter. She has launch 3 albums before she died at the age of 27 years old. She was one the most important singers of the rock female stars era!
This incredible smile is impossible to miss it right? Just like her, her personality, her music and the way she lived. Since she was a little child, Joplin has a unique and rebellious way and styled herself partly after her female blues heroines. She was also known by the way she was dressed!
Janis Joplin first song “What Good Can Drinkin’ Do” was recorded in 1962 at the home of a fellow University of Texas student. After she left Texas and arriving in San Francisco she was part of a psychedelic rock band named “Big Brother and The Holding Company”. Back in the days she was dealing with drug problems, and unfortunately she died very young in 1970.
