Just a few steps away from the Champs-Elysées the new Beefbar Paris restaurant opened its doors with a stunning Interior Design project by Humbert & Poyet, the top architects brought to life the richness of this Art Noveau Jewel.
Following Monaco, Hong Kong and Mexico, the partnership continues between Ricardo Giraudi, creator of the Beefbar restaurant concept in 2005, and interior architects Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet.

During the Second World War, the old dining room of the Langham hotel in Paris was walled up to hide it from the Nazis, since it housed a work of art made in 1898 by the architect Emil Hurtré and painted by Jules Wielhosrki.

The respect for this masterpiece would be the pivot axis of the project, but it was mandatory to restored as it deserved, for which they brought together the best craftsmen, manufacturers of mirrors, painters, decorators, willing to give once again to that jewel the splendor of yesteryear.

This historical and aesthetic pattern inspired the studio, accustomed to creating elegant and peculiar environments, to play the contrast between the old and the extremely contemporary, “a game of love between sobriety and eccentricity”, as they themselves claim, repainting the imposing work following the spirit of the old times, in shades of green and bronze.
